Lauren's Visit!

We were thrilled to have Lauren come visit for the weekend! It rained almost the whole time, but it didn't stop us from having a good time.



First we took her to the lighthouse.

Of course, I had to show the ultimate movie buff some film paraphenalia, so we took her to the Knead and Feed AKA Verbena Botanicals from Practical Magic.

Sunday we dragged Lauren out in the wind and rain to our church's cider press.





Carolyn ate a little bit of her S'more, but she wore even more.



She also helped Daddy roast the Marshamallows.


Finally, the rain cleared off Sunday evening and Lauren and I spirited away for a few moments to see an absolutely spectacular sunset at Deception Pass.
