Halloween Preparations!
The house is all abuzz with Halloween Preparations! This weekend we stayed very busy with them. Carolyn had a friend over (friend not pictured), and together they made Halloween cupcakes! As you can see, Carolyn just, had a ball with this activity, and couldn't have been more blissed out over the finished product.
Last night our kitchen table became the staging grounds for the yearly ritual of scraping the guts out of pumpkins and cutting faces into them. Carolyn was a great pumpkin inards scraper outer, and had fun designing the pumpkin with Daddy. We were all very proud of our finished product--Our pumpkins Three!
Today, we will all try very hard not to prematurely eat too much Halloween candy, and of course tomorrow there will be TRICK OR TREATING! Don't worry. There WILL be pictures!

Pumpkin Patch!
We took a trip to the Pumpkin Patch yesterday in anticipation of the coming Halloween Holiday (Oh we are so excited!).
As you can see--Carolyn is quite a good Pumpkin picker. In all we got 6. 3 BIG ones and a little one for us, and 1 HUGE one and a little one for our "Aunt Jennie."
Carolyn had quite a good time strolling through the patch picking out pumpkins that she thought she could pick up. And we just couldn't resist a few photos at the big pile o pumpkins sitting near a cool old tractor at the end.
